This happens when you're already part of one workspace and attempt to join another workspace. To join a new workspace you have to leave the current workspace in your profile and try accepting the invite again.
Why do I not see the jobs or teams created by my team members in my account?
There are two reasons why this could be happening,
- You chose to "Hire separately" during your onboarding process on Cutshort. In order to hire collaboratively, your team members need to send you an invite link to join
- You were previously hiring for another company on Cutshort and haven't updated your account details yet
Now you know why that happened.
Here are the steps to leave your current workspace and join the workspace where your team members are actually hiring
- Leave your current workspace
Click on Settings > Company Page > Stop hiring for this company. Click here to go to your company page directly
Note: On doing so, your previous setups (like your jobs/lists/teams, if any) will get deleted and lost. This step cannot be reversed.
- Join the new workspace via the invite link shared with you
Open the invite link, click on "Join company" and follow the steps to join your team.
That's it! You can now manage your team members' jobs and close roles together.
